As a total health nut, cyclist and trail runner (just under Ironman Level Class), I am often asked; “Sure, anyone can manage to get thier body into various forms should they have time to workout and have a good diet, but what regarding your brain? Well they are combo supplements with many different ingredients and I ponder whether this is the best way.
