Within the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, and also the outlook during A program in Miracles, for the popular book and film The Secret. I became also recently inspired to take part in an expert panel discussion for the Secret and the law of attraction in the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.
As I notice, The secrets offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating.
The very first message is that our thoughts have a powerful impact on our life. The following insight is always that we are eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is a lot more than just cash and “toys.” Instead, it calls for feeling fulfilled in most parts of society, including our relationships, career, and health. The problem using this type of picture would be that the need to have often develops from a a sense lack as opposed to a a feeling of completeness. And because of this, whatever we get more thinks of feeling “full,” whole, happy, or accomplished, will finally not work, since we feel a void internally.
The reality is that we’re not empty, but already full, and when we know and feel this to get our new reality, then your outer world begins to “echo” our inner awareness.
A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that individuals can accept and stay truly grateful for inheritance for being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we are going to attract to ourselves the perfect outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material goods that will serve the higher good of both our life in addition to those around us, and yet we are going to feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.
