Mixing spirituality and religion can be an ancient practice. For some reason, it is always much easier to accept things when they include the force of faith. We understand ourselves very superficially. We’ve got virtually no idea who we really originate from within. That essential self-awareness is done through spirituality. Spirituality helps us reach our highest potential, even as we will be more in tune with the capabilities.
