2016 Christmas Rock-POP music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A fresh 2016 Xmas rock song has been written, created and then recorded in a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the main goal of bringing attention and exposure for the Phuket island charities and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day website .

The tracks title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks genre is a distinctive up-tempo rock n roll track. Mark wrote and semi studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in late 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo track since then waiting for the opportunity to record once again. In August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session players to studio record the song over a 6 week period. The track includes 8 separate tracks and all session musicians were from the Philippines, including the female lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the USA due to Mark needed the most effective result and quality. The song ready to be listened to and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ site.
The main aim of recording I’m coming home for Xmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day website as we are able to and then hopefully in-turn they will be kind enough to help to 1 or every one of the Phuket charities, and to also buy the song.
The other main goal is to have enough downloads of the track to fund and create a Phuket live music bar with open stage and studio / teaching room on Phuket, which will offer free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged children from the local schools and children’s orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t currently open right now but the website is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day website to advertise his song Tsunami Day that was inspired from his own particular experiences while he was working in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the song Tsunami Day also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and . On the ‘Tsunami Day’ site there’s numerous ways to greatly help including a Phuket island Hotel and cheap flight booking to Thailand booking system. Every dime helps.
