So, who exactly is an entrepreneur, which are the qualities associated with an entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur is really a individual that has getting a brand new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks as well as the outcome”… umm… okay however would rather say, that an ideal entrepreneur is often a one who guides a manpower so that you can apply an idea(doesn’t matter whether it’s his or someone else and be it new or old) to meet those who require benefits produced by it, which ends up in financial outcomes or profits.
Hence the basic characteristics or qualities of the entrepreneur will be:
– They really should have a thought (again, no matter who originally thought of it and be it new or old).
– He or she should have the motivation/urge to pursue or apply the idea.
– They really should have entry to manpower in order to a chance to make manpower available to him (marketing secrets apply here).
– They should be a great leader.
But then, there are additional types of people too who may have some or many of the above mentioned qualities; but and we don’t refer to them as Entrepreneur. Among this individual can be quite a scientist. Scientists really have ideas or, to put it differently, they’re able to actually create ideas. They are definitely excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas with no doubt, they are good leaders too plus they, for sure have access to a minimum of minimal manpower (No, most scientists don’t work in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have got at least 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). But we will call a scientist operator as well? Is he very for the above definition?… food for thought huh?
And the way in regards to a dictator? He’s got their own or borrowed ideas, He wants to apply them, he has entry to man power, can guide them adequately… the truth is, they are going to do almost anything he wants. So, does that mean, a dictator can be an entrepreneur or, a business owner is really a dictator!!
