Alpine Sky Golden Retrievers can be a small family-oriented breeder situated in Raleigh, NC. Our love for English Cream Golden Retrievers began having an earnest search for a great family dog. We needed your pet dog that’s kid-friendly and trainable, having a calm, gentle temperament and we all began seeking breeds that had characteristics suitable for our lifestyle.
Because we enjoy hiking, lake and beach time, we would have liked a dog that loved water and use. It was also key the dog not a barker because we work from home. After much research, we concluded on the English Cream Golden Retrievers, that was the perfect fit for us.
We wanted months for any quality male from your responsible small family breeder, lastly found him. In 2008, we fell completely in love with our first boy, Kozmo, along with his gentle, sweet nature and happy go lucky attitude. He loves everyone, especially children, and we were immediately enthusiastic about the breed. We added Holly to your family and, in 2014, our extended dog family begun to form with our first litter gonna carefully selected others who live nearby.
After witnessing the enrichment of so many lives, we had arrived required to continue sharing our special dogs with an increase of families plus the broader community.
Leveraging their gentle and sweet temperaments, we began certifying some of our own dogs as Therapy Dogs. This has been a rewarding experience for family, the dogs, and the individuals finding the comfort and joy our dogs share with everyone.
We continue our focus on dogs best-suited to get loving family members and hopefully future therapy dogs.
