To remain adding and building around the “Urgency” Ordinance No. 315-816, adopted this coming year past, an ordinance passed to try to respond to the newest commercial California standards established by MCRSA now AUMA (prop 64). So far the response through the Trinity community has become under excited because the process has become slow and leaving some homeowners feeling left out. With the help of new inclusive alternatives for different farmers, the county is now offering a far more broad spectrum of what MCRSA is designed to offer, therefore increasing farms and properties qualified to apply for compliance.
